Butterfly project

I was browsing around for inspiration for a distraction box when I stubled upon the Butterfly project. For myself it was over a year ago thet I did any self harm, but still the urge pops up sometimes, easily stopped, but still. So, I figured, why not try this. This butterfly is not so much to prevent myself from cutting, but rather as a reminder of how far gone I was and of what I want to achieve in the future. Perhaps it can also help others to see that there are others out there who feel bad as well but at the same time, it gets better.
